José Mourinho leaves Manchester United. This was announced via Twitter this morning.
“We would like to thank him for his work during his time at Manchester United and wish him success in the future.” the club officially stated via social media.
It is not known yet who will be Mourinho’s successor and the club will play Cardiff City in the premier league on Saturday.
Manchester United won 176 Premier League points since the appointment of Jose Mourinho as manager; fewer than Manchester City (222), Tottenham Hotspur (202), Chelsea (200) and Liverpool (196).

Quite a surprise to hear that even “the special one” sometimes has to face defeat and is not always as successful as he aspires to be or has been in the past with other clubs. It wll be interesting to see where he will be working next. I wish him better luck!

@AJK he surely will find another challenge and win titles again to try to prove he is the number one. He might switch to international football and start managing the Portuguese national team. Who knows?
